Brand USA is seeking a Pop Culture & Screen Tourism PR Agency to position the United States as the ultimate travel destination for international audiences. The selected agency will leverage celebrity influence, pop culture moments, and screen tourism to craft culturally resonant PR campaigns that showcase the USA’s diverse travel experiences and global appeal through film, music, and entertainment. This includes collaborating with film studios, television networks, and streaming platforms to advocate for U.S. destinations to be featured in productions, as well as creating earned media opportunities that strategically align with celebrity and talent projects.

Brand USA is seeking a global communications and public relations firm to serve as a cross-organizational resource for strategic media relations and communications. This agency will support Brand USA's existing global PR efforts by providing expertise in earned media strategy and strategic messaging to protect and enhance the USA's brand image worldwide. This agency will work closely with Brand USA's in-house PR team and international agency network, ensuring alignment with overall strategy while offering additional support in key markets where conditions shift. With a primary focus on international visitors, the selected firm will help strengthen Brand USA’s presence in key global markets, ensuring messaging resonates with travelers and reinforces the U.S. as a welcoming and open destination. The agency will also support Brand USA in telling its story, amplifying its impact, and merchandising its work to key media across the U.S.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify an appropriate vendor (or vendors) who will support Brand USA in providing media attribution services for our destination marketing efforts promoting the USA. As a destination marketing organization (DMO), we do not directly sell travel products or services, making traditional conversion tracking more challenging. A significant portion of our marketing efforts focuses on the upper funnel (e.g., awareness and consideration stages). We aim to better understand and report on the incrementality of our efforts, while recognizing that other entities are also promoting the USA as a destination. The selected vendor will help us determine the impact of our digital advertising campaigns on international visitation by comparing exposed and unexposed target audiences, as well as providing insights on visitor behavior once they arrive in the USA.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify the appropriate public relations and communications firm (Representative Firm) to represent Brand USA in Canada.  The selected Representation Firm will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the U.S. As an extension of the Brand USA team in market, the Representation Firm will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand.  

Brand USA is seeking proposals from qualified travel marketing and public relations firms (Representation Firm) to represent Brand USA’s interests in Brazil. The selected Representation Firm will be considered Brand USA’s in-market expert, with the purpose of helping to build and maintain top-of-mind awareness of the USA as a premier travel destination in order to increase international visitation, spend, and market share for the United States. As an extension of the Brand USA team in market, the Representation Firm will ensure all in-market activity represents Brand USA in ways that support the organization’s strategies and mission, while protecting and preserving our integrity and brand. Proposals are due to Brand USA by August 21. Notice of Intent to Award Posting by October 7.

Brand USA is seeking proposals from qualified social media and content creator agencies to handle our social media marketing and content creator marketing across key international markets (Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, and the U.K). Brand USA is open to working with agencies that have expertise in either social media or content creator marketing or both. This agency(ies) should have a global footprint, ideally with a presence and expertise in some or all our key markets. This agency (or agencies) will work in conjunction with Brand USA, as well as our existing roster of agencies (e.g., brand and creative, media planning and buying, public relations, in-market trade representation, etc.), to ensure brand-led marketing, co-op marketing, and ad hoc campaign efforts are effective across our social ecosystem and drive an increase in international visitation and spend to the USA.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a consultant to provide expertise and guidance in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for consumer marketing and for use in optimizing our internal office productivity. The priority goal is to leverage AI technology to enhance Brand USA's marketing initiatives, optimize user engagement, and ultimately drive incremental international visitation to the United States.   UPDATE: The RFP for Artificial Intelligence Consultant has been postponed until late summer.
