2024 Brand USA Storytelling Award Winners

The 2024 Brand USA Video Storytelling Awards honored destination marketing organizations excelling in the use of video to bring their destinations to life. The awards celebrate creativity, authenticity, and impactful storytelling in the following categories: City and State. 

The winners, announced at U.S. Travel's ESTO conference in Columbus, Ohio, include New Orleans & Company, Visit Myrtle Beach, and Louisiana Office of Tourism.


About the 2024 Award Winners:
Visit Myrtle Beach 
Visit Myrtle Beach earned the 2024 Brand USA Outstanding Video Storytelling Award (City) for their exciting culinary series, "Chef Swap at the Beach." The series showcased a thrilling competition between chefs, who faced the unique challenge of swapping kitchens mid-cook, adding an extra layer of excitement. The show’s strong, entertaining format and engaging host embody the essence of Southern hospitality, making it a standout in video storytelling.

Louisiana Office of Tourism
The Louisiana Office of Tourism was honored with the 2024 Brand USA Outstanding Video Storytelling Award (State) for its video series, “​​Amplify: Louisiana.” The series delves deep into the state’s vibrant music scene, celebrating the heart and soul of Louisiana through its rich musical heritage. Viewers feel the intimate connection Louisiana's locals have with their deep-rooted traditions, and see how local artists shape and are shaped by those communities that nurture them.
